As a Business Doctor’s Regional Franchise Manager it would be your role to manage licensed Business Doctors and, harnessing their skills and availability, fully develop your regional market. Together, you and your team would offer a highly competitive, comprehensive business support and advisory service to small and medium size businesses across the region, and dominate the regional SME consulting market in your territory.
As a Business Doctor’s Local Area Franchisee it would be your role to deliver packaged business advisory and support services to SMEs in your locality. Working in concert with your Regional and National Franchise Manager, additional business opportunities may also be available to you.
The Business Doctors Franchisee provides clients with:
- Instructive assessments
- Personalised advice,
- Hands-on facilitation
- Coaching and mentoring provided with a personal touch.
The client and Business Doctors decide together which course of treatment to take, and progress is monitored to see if the plan needs to be changed.
With a premiere training programme in place, you can join the Business Doctors Franchise and become a qualified business 'health' advisor as well, enjoying a high social status and income.
The Franchise
As the Business Doctors licence complements existing skills, such as financial management, human resources, sales, accounting, law and restructuring services, the Business Doctors network is essentially a storehouse of available saleable services. And it is the Regional Franchise Manager who is in charge of that store.
Regional Franchise Manager Package:
Regional Business Doctors are given authority over a specified geographic region and the licensed Business Doctors operating within it. Using their business development skills, Regional Business Doctors harness available network talent to deliver a more complete Business Doctor service throughout their territory.
Local Area Franchisee Package:
You will be supported by both Regional and National Franchise Managers, Business Doctors enjoy both the independence of business ownership and the benefits of membership in a large nationwide professional network.

Financial InformationRegional Franchise Managers will be required to invest £40,000 plus VAT.
For this one-time fee you will receive:
A full residential training course- Support
- Operations manual
- IT resources
- Extensive marketing tools.
An estimated £14,000 (plus VAT where applicable) of start-up and working capital provision will also be required, making a total financial requirement of £54,000. A complete breakdown of the investment requirement and Franchise Package contents will be provided to qualified applicants.
Local Area Franchisees will be required to invest £19,950 plus VAT.
For this one-time fee, you are entitled to the following:
- A full residential training course
- Support
- Operations and programme manuals
- Extensive marketing.
In addition to this you should make allowances for an estimated £10,000 (plus VAT where applicable) of start-up and working capital provision, making a total financial requirement of £29,950. A complete breakdown of the investment requirement and Franchise Package contents will be provided to qualified applicants.
We are seeking to establish franchise territories throughout the United Kingdom. Not all locations will be suitable, so it is essential that any chosen area be carefully assessed. We retain the final decision on territory.
